Upload or send us your project details including Gerber files, BOM, Placement file, and assembly drawing
2. Quotation and EQs in 24 hours
We will send your our offer and EQs in 24 hours
3. Review and Payment
Review our offer and provide your feedback. After everything is confirmed, you can pay for your order using online payment or direct wire transfer.
4. Quality Check and Delivery
Production will start within 24 hours after payment. Your PCBs and PCBA will go through 100% quality check including AOI, Flying Probe test, E-fixture, Visual Inspection and others. We offer tracked shipping and express shipping (1-3 days air freight).

Required Files

Stencil
➤The starting fee for stencil fabrication is RMB 100 (for 37cm × 47cm); other sizes need a separate quote.
➤Customer stencils will be kept for 3 months; after that period, our company will handle them at our discretion. If you need the stencil returned, please confirm this when placing the order.
➤To ensure product quality, we currently do not accept customer-supplied (external) stencils.
Components
➤For customer-supplied components, please provide extra quantities of consumable components.
➤If there is a shortage of components and some parts do not need to be soldered, please list the details. For any special requirements or precautions, kindly inform us in advance.
➤For components we procure on your behalf (such as chip resistors and capacitors), please provide complete specifications (including package size, voltage rating, etc.).

To ensure product quality, we currently don't accept boards made externally. We offer one-stop service-from boards fabrication to assembly.
For standard projects, please provide extra quantities of consumable components.
For samples: an additional 15 pieces of passive components (e.g., resistors and capacitors) are required.
For mass production: please provide 1% extra for backup.) We will give detailed feedback based on your project.
We will need your BOM and production files to evaluate the fastest lead time. Please notice that express service fee will be charged based on your demanded quantity and provided board design.
We can refund your prototyping fee if you proceed to mass production with us. However components fee can't be refunded. Please get in touch with us to learn more about what we offer to our long-term business partners.
We hold all the essential quality management certificates such as ISO9001. Please check out our certifications at about us section. If there are any issues with your orders, you can always get in touch with you assigned account manager for a product exchange or express repair.
