What is HDI PCB?
HDI PCB (High-Density Interconnect printed circuit board) represents advanced PCB technology offering significantly higher wiring density than conventional circuit boards. According to IPC-2226 standards, HDI PCBs feature ultra-fine lines and spaces (≤100 µm), smaller vias (<150 µm), and enhanced connection pad density exceeding 20 pads per square centimeter. Using sophisticated micro-blind and buried via structures, HDI technology enables complex routing in compact spaces, making it ideal for modern electronic devices requiring high performance in smaller form factors.

For designs with higher circuit complexity, incorporating blind and buried vias can enhance manufacturing yield and reduce costs, offering distinct advantages over traditional through-hole approaches.
We can do laser drilling with a minimum of 3 mils (0.075mm) and maximum of 8 mils (0.2mm) holes.
The minimum prepreg thickness is 0.06mm and the minimum core thickness is 0.1mm
Given the complexity of HDI PCB, the standard lead time is 8-10 days. We will need your production files to evaluate the fastest lead time. Please notice that express service fee will be charged based on your demanded quantity and provided board design.
